Fabio Treppiedi

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to sketch out the transcendental empiricism that, according to the most recent studies, is the fundamental theoretical spectrum of the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze. The autor claims that transcendental empiricism is the object of a “methodical construction” that Deleuze effects, in terms of “hostile homage” to Kant, between his first book on Hume, Empriricism and subjectivity (1953), and Difference and repetition (1968).
